Using a small soldering iron, carefully solder a 6.8k 1/8 watt resistor between the top and bottom of R46. Be careful not to damage R46. If for some reason you destroy R46 you can replace it with a single 3.3k 1/8 watt resistor (ie you won't need the 6.8k resistor).
