Attach a 3.3k* resistor between J2 Pins 3 & 2. It may be helpful to use something to hold the resistor in place while you solder the first lead. Note that pin 2 is Ground and will take a substantial amount of heat from your soldering iron to melt the solder. *Use a 6.8k resistor if R46 has not been altered (destroyed or removed). If R46 has been removed, use a 3.3k resistor.
